POP UP CLASSES

Fridays 11/16 and 12/14 10:30-11:30am:
BOX & BURN with Aamir and Susan
There's a reason why boxing is the workout of choice for so many celebs and models. Not only is fighting a strength and cardio workout in one, it's the best way to get in tune with your inner badass. In addition to boosting your strength and cardio, boxing improves balance, coordination, reactivity, and agility. Join our resident boxing coach, Aamir, and our core fanatic, Susan, for a 1-2 punch workout – you’ll start with a 15 minutes boxing circuit with Aamir then move to a 15 minute core routine on your mat with Susan. Repeat this cycle 2 times and you’ll feel muscles you didn’t know you had!

Wednesdays until 9:00-9:30am:
BALANCE MOBILITY with Alex B
This 30-min class will focus on creating and expanding mobility while challenging balance, strength, and coordination in order for you to keep a balanced body

HALLOWEEN BOO CAMP & HAPPY HOUR

Our Queens of Halloween, Regina & Laquita, have a frightful workout in store to burn some cals before you attack the candy bowl! From circuits on the floor to a quick spin on the cycles with a THRILLER of a finale you will sweat, burn and have fun. And oh yes, we will have some treats in the form of cocktails and snacks for a post workout Halloween Inspired Happy Hour. This is a co-ed event and festive workout attire or costumes are encouraged!

Join Balance in giving back to some of our favorite charities. Each one of these classes will be offered free with donation. How to participate/donate will be different for each and details are coming soon. Please mark your calendars! Registration opens 2 weeks before the class.

Our next INSPIRED ADVENTURE is taking us to TEXAS!

Inspired Adventures is hosting the ultimate in training and and adventure travel. We’re headed to the gorgeous Dos Brisas Inn in Houston, Texas for a retreat filled with world-class workouts, culture, meditation, hiking, and high-vibe experiences led by B Inspired Co Founders Liz Harris and Amy Carolla. Come with a friend or come solo and make friends for a lifetime. Either way, you’re in for a trip full of workouts and workshops, but we’ve also carved out time for you to relax in the pool or hike the surrounding area. We will finish our experience by participating in the Piney Woods Trailfest Run. Whether you’re a trail running newbie or a seasoned veteran, there’s a distance for everyone, including a 5k, 10 Mile, 20 Mile, 50k and Kids Mile.

12 Week Texas Goals Training begins Monday Nov 5th
Texas Retreat departs Wednesday, January 30th and returns Sunday, February 2 or Monday, February 3.

They say everything is bigger in Texas which is why we are beefing up our pre-trip training with all the special elements that come along with our successful GOALS program!

BIO FIT YOUTH SPORTS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

The goal of BioFit Philly's YSC Program is to build strength and movement patterns that translate into clean, explosive athletic movement, in a program appropriately designed for the needs of young, developing athletes. Our athletes are meticulously tested, trained according to their unique results, and retested to determine progress along the way.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 4:30-5:30
16 (60 minute) sessions over 6 weeks
