FALL/WINTER PROGRAM CALENDAR

GOALS @ BCH Fall Session – 6 week program

Set and achieve a 6 week fitness or health goal. We help with setting realistic and measurable goals and help break down the 6 week goal into daily habits to get you there.

Fall sessions are in progress. Contact the for private or semi private GOALS programming by emailing info@balancech.com. Look out for our Group Sessions coming in January 2018!


B – Fit Mommy & Me – 6 week program

Mommies with little ones need fitness too! Bring your babe (4-24 mos) to class, but make no mistake, this class is about Mom! Get a great strength & conditioning workout while interacting with your little one.

Wednesdays 10:30-11:15am (6 class series) $120, drop in $25/class

Balance Youth Sports Conditioning – 6 week program

Coach Scott's class is a combination of strength, conditioning, speed work, flexibility and injury prevention exercises are designed to develop athleticism in student athletes.  
Our goal is to motivate and inspire them to work hard physically as well as mentally.
For ages 12-17.

Mondays/Wednesdays 4:30-5:30 (12 class series) $180, drop in $20/class

Balance Youth Sports Conditioning Holiday Camps

Our YSC Camps take our great class to the next level. For 3 hours every scheduled day we help our students gain a deeper understanding of how Goal Setting, Nutrition and Recovery impact their Strength & Conditioning development and performance. For ages 12-17.

BALANCE FALL WORKSHOP SERIES

Saturday, October 14th, 12:00-1:00pm or 1:30-2:30pm
Yupping with Alex Brazinski of Philadelphia Sports Acupuncture
$50 per person, 8 person capacity per session
Yupping is the combination of cupping therapy and yoga postures. The simultaneous stretch from the cups and the yoga postures creates a profound increase range of motion and blood flow. This service benefits any athlete or fitness enthusiast who is looking for a recovery method that is effective and time efficient. This is a great opportunity to try our unique recovery service for a reduced rate!

Kickboxing 101: Discovering Our Hidden Potential

Muay Thai Kickboxing comes with its share of taboo--typically inspiring images of heavily tattooed maniacs beating each other up for fun.
But this is not the case--like any martial art, there are two sides of the coin. The "martial"--where we engage in rigorous training practices designed to strengthen the mind, body, and spirit. And the "arts"--our individual form of self-expression. This workshop is designed to illuminate the secrets of your body--the power and potential you carry with you at all times, and the hidden weaknesses we can exploit in others. This workshop is specifically for the novice. Over the course of 2 hours we will uncover the hidden power you never knew you had, and develop a simple guidebook for understanding its uses.
