Get yourself fighting fit with Aamir and Steel in this high intensity boxing boot-camp style class. Aamir will help you hone your technique, taking you through a boxing circuit using bags and pads and Steel will keep your heart rate up as you alternate between boxing inspired strength and core moves and high intensity cardio bursts. This workout will hit you in all the right places and help you burn fat, gain stamina and strengthen your timing and reflexesBalance Body Weight Blitz with Susan & Russell
Monday, February 18th
Newly certified TRX Coach, Russell, will be stepping off the bike to bring his high energy and new moves to the gym floor. Leveraging gravity and your body weight, the TRX suspension trainers help develop strength, balance, and core stability.
Russell will lead a group on the TRX trainers and Susan will coach group on the mats through a body weight routine incorporating plyometrics and core work. Each group will complete two 10 minute rounds with each trainer. With a motivating playlist and positive vibes– Russell and Susan will no doubt leave you with a great full body burn and ideas for how to leverage your body weight at home!Yupping with Alex B

ROW IT 'til you KNOW IT! with Tema
Tuesday, February 26th
Finally master your catch, pull and finish as you get individualized coaching on our Concept 2 Erg. Learn how to engage the right muscles, keep tension on the chain and breathe properly on the recovery. Clients will get individualized coaching on the ergs and then work their way through a strength circuit that targets your “rowing muscles:” legs, back, biceps and core.
