You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start in order to be great! To get you started, we offer a special package for all newcomers –3 classes for $35 – the perfect way to get a taste of the Balance experience. Our trainers are experts at making everyone feel comfortable and providing modifications for all levels, our music is motivating and our classes are spirited, challenging and fun.
At Balance, our small class sizes allow our trainers to correct your form and to offer personal encouragement. This environment allows you to build a relationship with your instructor and to meet new motivating people. We offer classes from barre to boxing and circuits to cycling – each with the goal of preparing your body to tackle whatever it is you do outside the gym.
Most of the classes listed below appear most current group fitness schedule but changes are made from time to time. The current schedule can always be viewed in our MINDBODY Online reservation system. We invite new clients to enjoy their first class free and we offer a wide variety of flexible pricing options.

What is SGT?
Small Group Training is Balance’s newest training option which gives you the best of both worlds: the camaraderie of a class and the personal attention of a training session. We limit our SGT sessions to 4 participants to enable our coaches to focus on your technique, to push you to your personal edge and to help you achieve your goals. Working within this small group setting is affordable, fun, and motivating! This is your chance to step it up from your group fitness experience.
How do I sign up?
Purchase our special introductory SGT package for March then look for our SGT sessions sprinkled into our group fitness schedule on Mind Body. Sign up just like you would for a group fitness class, but payment will be taken from your SGT package. Our reservation, cancellation and wait list policies remain the same as for classes.
A 30 minute class – short and sharp - which focuses on building cardiovascular endurance. This circuit style class features both body weight exercises and cardio intervals on equipment like the skill mill, the rowing machines and the battle ropes. If you like to get your sweat on and your heart rate up, this class is up your alley.
A 30, 45 or 60 minute indoor cycling workout on Keiser cycles. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain based and the focus is on cadence and heart rate zones. Each instructor designs his/her class with climbs & sprints that will make your workout a challenging calorie burner. Bring your own cycling shoes with Shimano clips or wear sneakers.
A 60 minute blend of classic boxing circuit training, plyometrics, calisthenics, and core work to get you fighting fit. Our boxing offers the one-two punch of both teaching valuable self-defense and building endurance, balance, and coordination.
Balance Burn & Sculpt
A 45 minute blend of body sculpting moves with light weights and cardio intervals to help you tone and tighten your trouble areas and improve your stamina and endurance. Get your heart pumping and muscles toned with fun music and fresh routines making the time fly by.
Our 45 minute signature circuit training class that incorporates both weight and cardio intervals to maximize your results. This style of high intensity training gets your heart rate up and stimulates your metabolism long after your class is over. Modifications are always offered to accommodate all levels. You can expect to use various equipment including our dumbbells, TRX, kettlebells, BOSU balls, medicine balls, the skill mill and rowers. as well as incorporating cardio intervals.
A 45 minute cardiovascular strength training class designed to make you lean and defined providing a results-oriented whole body workout. Build and sculpt muscles, strengthen your core, improve your strength and flexibility while burning fat and calories by using dumbbells, bands, functional workout units, the newest Technogym Skillmill, your own bodyweight and more.
60 minute class that begins with 45 minutes of cycling followed by 15 minutes of exercise focused on arms and abs.
Balance Cycle Strong
This 45 or 60 minute class will improve your strength and kick up your cardio with 10-15 minute alternating intervals of cycling and strength circuits.
Low Impact HIIT
A 30 minute workout offering a great introduction to circuit training that allows you to get your heart rate up with minimal impact on your joints. Each class incorporates strength and cardio moves in addition to core work. Get into the HIIT without your joints taking the HIIT.
A 30 minute fast paced cardio barre class that combines body weight movements, light weights, resistance bands and short cardio intervals. This class gets your heart rate up while sculpting your stabilizer muscles.
A 30 minute pure strength training circuit utilizing our TRX’s, free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, bands, BOSUs and plyometric boxes. The focus is on functional movements to make you stronger for everyday life.
A 60 minute Barre fusion class designed to specifically work the deep musculature of the body. These muscles stabilize and lengthen the body creating excellent posture and a long, lean functional frame. Extra emphasis is placed on proper alignment of the spine, engagement of the core and most importantly, posture, as muscle specific exercises are executed with light hand weights, weighted body bars, the mounted ballet barre, small fitness balls, elastic tubing, yoga straps and one's own body weight.
B-Lean & Strong
A 45 minute body sculpting workout incorporating 15 minutes of strength combos targeting larger muscle groups, 15 minutes of barre inspired movements to tone stabilizer muscles and 15 minutes on the mat to work the core. This class will leave you feeling the burn in all the right places.
A 30 minute express barre workout that incorporates light weights, sliders and balls to work arms and abs. The perfect compliment to our 30 minute cycle that precedes it. Class finishes with a full body stretch.
This 30-min class will focus on creating and expanding mobility while challenging balance, strength, and coordination in order for you to keep a balanced body.
A 60 minute flowing sequence of slow paced Yoga/Pilates inspired exercises from standing to mat work. Lengthen and strengthen your muscles as well as relax and restore your body from intense training.
