We have designed this program for boys and girls (ages 10-13) to help them grow in strength, both physically and mentally. We want them to build their self-esteem and develop a strong sense of themselves by incorporating fitness and wellness into their lives in a fun and encouraging environment. In the field of childhood development, there is a great deal of evidence showing that the earlier kids discover the physical and emotional benefits of being fit, the healthier they will be throughout their lives! What a gift!

Our customized 8 week training program begins April 11 and runs through May, culminating in a 2 mile Spartan Kids Race in Tuxedo Ridge, NY on June 2.

The intrinsic value of a program like this is impossible to quantify, but we have modeled it after our incredibly successful program with 8 teen athletes, which just finished in February 2018. The lessons they learned and the experiences they shared created a team bond that they will share forever.

We believe that adopting a fit mind-set should begin early, and we are confident that this program will demonstrate the positive benefits of fitness, and it will also help them navigate the challenging middle school years and beyond.


Tuxedo Ridge helped put Spartan Race on the map and is one of our most challenging Sprint courses ever - only a short drive from New York City.

You don’t want to miss this 3+ mile Sprint course that features constant waves of inclines and declines, technical terrain and 20+ Spartan obstacles that will test both your mental and physical stamina.

This race is for athletes of all levels and abilities and are geared towards getting us outdoors. The best part will be the training and team building we accomplish leading up to the challenge... as always completing this challenge as a team will be a game changer!

Spartan is more than a race; it’s a way of life. We believe that you can’t have a strong body without a strong mind, that you can’t grow without pressure, that obstacles help shift our frame of reference and make us more resilient. We believe that signing up for a race holds us accountable and keeps us motivated to train harder and eat healthier.
