TRAINING PLANS

PREPARE THE BODY

Anyone who has done an Inspired Adventures trip has gotten the most out the team camaraderie that develops when we train and properly prepare our bodies. Every trip has a required training plan that varies in duration and activities depending on the itinerary. All will involve 3 semi private training sessions per week and unlimited group fitness classes at Balance for the duration of the training plan. The cost of the training plans depends upon the length of the plan which is determined by the goal of the trip. A 6 week plan is $1200 and a 12 week plan is $2400.

Recovery Services:  Normatec Compression Therapy, Mobility Training, Acupuncture & Cupping
Nutrition Coaching (individualized)


NOURISH THE SOUL

The retreat portion of any B Adventurous experience occurs during the trip. It's brought to you by our B Inspired team and includes meditation opportunities and cultural experiences customized for each trip. The retreat fee is required for the trip as is the training plan and must be arranged through B Inspired. The standard retreat fee is $850 unless otherwise specified.
