Rob Irving is a New Jersey native and has been a competitive athlete and fitness enthusiast nearly all his life. With degrees in Psychology and Paramedic Science, Rob has great understanding of both body and mind. He competed at a collegiate level in both alpine ski racing and soccer. Having been the captain of St. Michael's College soccer team for two years, Rob has the ability to motivate others to give their very best effort. His easy-going attitude combined with his passion for fitness makes for a motivational workout. His classes are focused and challenging with exercises appropriate for both the beginner and elite athlete to help them achieve their personal health and fitness goals. Rob is also studying to complete his Personal Training Certification.
