Marc is an accomplished trainer who has worked with clients of all ages. As a personal trainer certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AAFA) Marc has been involved in fitness for over 25 years.

He brings to personal training over twenty years of athleticism inclusive of marathoning, weight training and group exercise. Marc is fully certified in CPR/AED, First Aid, Group Exercise and Healthy Lifestyles. In 2009 Marc became employed as a wellness coach and personal trainer for the YMCA.

He has expertise in developing individual fitness programs as well as instructing group classes in TBC (total body circuit). His knowledge of healthy nutrition compliments his trainings and provides members with an overall focus on wellness.

Marc’s attention to an individual’s level of ability leads to personalized programs that create success. Marc is available for training Monday through Friday, 12-4pm and later on Wednesdays. Contact the studio to schedule your session with Marc!
