Tema’s motto is: “Be Happy. Be Healthy. Be Kind.” And that is the philosophy she brings to each training session and fitness class. Tema is energetic & creative, and enjoys making fitness fun and challenging for all types of athletes, from novices to the experienced. She is an experienced triathlete and has run many half marathons and 5K’s.

After working as an attorney, Tema changed careers and got certified as a Personal trainer and Mat Pilates instructor; certified in Small Group Fitness and Lifestyle & Behavioral Coaching; certified by the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness in Gluten Free Kitchen protocols; and certified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction through the Jefferson University Mindfulness Institute. She is passionate about sharing her joy and focus on finding balance among exercise, nutrition and wellness.

Tema is a also a member of our BIO training team.
