Balance is hosting the ultimate health and wellness getaway. We’re headed to gorgeous Utah for 3 nights and 4 days of world-class workouts, challenging hiking on beautiful trails, and high-vibe experiences. There is nothing like the amazing feeling of accomplishing a goal or fitness challenge as a team—and this program will allow you to do just that! This connection and comeraderie is so important to your success as a team and individual. Together we will motivate each other to complete each workout/run, achieve each goal, and feel our best ever—building a ”Team” of people that share and enjoy fitness is key to your overall health!

TRAINING SESSIONS WILL BE HELD:

  • Wednesday’s 9AM for Strength & Muscular Endurance

  • 2 Weekly SGTs

  • Unlimited Group Fitness
