Eager to learn, I spent hours researching, making notes of my personal fitness journey, and connecting with experts and
listening to their insights. During this period, I not only experienced the physical health benefits, but my biggest takeaways are the mindset and character development that we undertake when we are consistently active.

My personal fitness has journey has taught me that I’m a high achiever with a passion for excellence, not only in the gym, but in life. I hope to help others discover their unrealized levels of strength, both physically and mentally.
