Finally master your catch, pull and finish as you get individualized coaching on our Concept 2 Erg. Learn how to engage the right muscles, keep tension on the chain and breathe properly on the recovery. Clients will get individualized coaching on the ergs and then work their way through a strength circuit that targets your “rowing muscles:” legs, back, biceps and core.
