Balance Youth Conditioning

Mondays 4:15-5pm

Leading our young athletes down the path to health, fitness and progress in their sport in a safe and successful manner is Balance's mission.  

And it's not just about training for your sport, it's about general wellness and developing motivation to move our bodies by making it fun.

Coach Colin will be leading a customized class all-sport, middle and hight school athletes.  He will focus on proper form and how to progress safely as you get stronger as well as cardio conditioning and agility.

Balance is working on adding Youth Strength & Conditioning Classes on a weekly basis. 

Please contact the studio with feedback regarding days and times so we can best accommodate as many students as possible.

Balance Custom YOUTH CONDITIONING

Balance Athlete is a customized variation on Balance Youth Sports Conditioning. It is a closed group class conceptualized our experienced training team.

Balance Athlete is a unique training program designed exclusively for athletes wanting to “up their game”.

During a 60 minute customized strength and conditioning workout at Balance, the athletes will be pushed to their potential to get stronger, faster and reach their own personal goals. The sessions provide a great opportunity to enhance the competitive atmosphere in the off season, and allows the team to come together before the season.
