What is SGT?

Balance is excited to be relaunching our Small Group Training option. With an increase in personal training requests this is a great way to progress and work towards your specific goals with the ease of signing up for a class.

Our Small Group Training sessions are designed to improve motivation, accountability, fitness results, and overall health - regardless of your experience level! With SGT, you will get a superior workout experience while building relationships with the trainer and your fellow community members (which will help to increase personal accountability).
Each session will be limited to 6 people MAX - that limit will be honored so you will always be in a small group. The small group structure will ensure that your trainer will tailor training to your individual needs. There will be time to make adjustments, improve technique, and answer questions. Our hope is that this small group format will provide the motivation that will keep you coming back and achieving your goals!
SGT sessions are 45 minutes long and will live on the Group Fitness Schedule where you can sign up online for each session. Right now we are focused on Strength based SGT so you can test your baseline and set goals.
