Balance’s experienced trainers care personally about each and every client. From kids to grandparents, novices to professional athletes, our trainers help every client who walks through our doors to discover their true potential and to overcome challenges.

At Balance we believe it’s not just how you look, but how you function and and how you feel that is important. Your trainer will customize each personal training session to fit your goals and can include your preferred blend of mobility, core work, agility training, strength training, corrective exercises and cardio. To keep you motivated and inspired, we cherry pick from various fitness modalities to prepare your body to tackle whatever it is you do outside the gym. 

Fitness and technology converge with our recent investment in Technoqym equipment. Information is motivation and using the Technogym mywellness app, trainer and clients can track how far you’ve run this month, how many calories you’ve burnt – can be great motivators as well as ways to assess your progress over time. 

Create your team. With one training package you can build your custom fitness experience. We provide one-on-one services for every fitness discipline the studio, boxing to barre, cycling to circuit training and more! Personal training is available on a private one-on-one basis or in a semi-private and small group setting. This training can be booked in increments of 30 or 45 minutes; however, custom durations are available.
